What's the role on offer?
We are seeking a proactive Safety & Quality Administrator to join our Head Office team in Brisbane.
In this role, you'll support our Safety and Quality functions, helping drive continual improvement, compliance, and a strong risk management culture across Alliance Airlines.
You'll work closely with our Safety Team and business stakeholders to enhance systems, streamline assurance activities, and strengthen safety engagement across the business.
Provide hands-on support with SMS, FRMS, WHS, CERP, and safety manual administration.
Coordinate and participate in Safety & Quality audits, assurance activities, and investigations.
Manage safety reporting, findings, and actions within the electronic Safety Management System (eSMS).
Develop and maintain audit checklists, reports, and compliance tools aligned with CASA and IOSA requirements.
Analyse safety and fatigue data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Promote a proactive safety culture by engaging staff, supporting risk assessments, and driving compliance across the business.

Aviation Lead Auditor qualification (essential), with safety, WHS, or environmental accreditations highly regarded Experience in aviation safety management, audit, WHS, environmental compliance, or fatigue risk management Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders Proficient in MS Office and confident in developing reports, documentation, and compliance tools A collaborative team player who can also work independently, driving continuous improvement and safety outcomes What's in it for me?
