Our client is a respected leader in the Engineering industry with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and delivering quality outcomes. With an established safety and quality system already in place, they're looking for a motivated administrator to keep operations running smoothly and ensure standards remain high.

They are privately owned, have low turnover of staff and are consistently investing money into the latest technologies and systems to further advance the business.

The Opportunity

You'll be the go-to person for ensuring quality/safety documentation is accurate, compliance audits are prepared for, and safety processes are kept up-to-date. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role suits someone detail-focused, proactive, and confident working both independently and with the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update safety and quality documentation and records.
  • Prepare Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) for site installations.
  • Assist with annual audits with Steel Compliance Australia CC3
  • Support managers and team members with new starter inductions, safety and quality queries.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met across all sites and departments.
Work Hours
  • 7am - 3.30pm
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a safety, quality, or compliance administration role (or similar).
  • Cert IV in Workplace Health & Safety - Advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, research requirements, and problem-solve.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • WH&S or Quality Systems knowledge is highly regarded, but training can be provided for the right person.
