Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Safety Team as a Safety & Quality Administrator. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of safety management systems across our organisation.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with business stakeholders to drive continual improvement, compliance, and risk management across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support with SMS, FRMS, WHS, CERP, and safety manual administration.
  • Coordinate and participate in Safety & Quality audits, assurance activities, and investigations.
  • Manage safety reporting, findings, and actions within the electronic Safety Management System (eSMS).
  • Develop and maintain audit checklists, reports, and compliance tools aligned with CASA and IOSA requirements.
  • Analyse safety and fatigue data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence and support positive change across the business are essential.

Requirements:

  • Aviation Lead Auditor qualification (essential), with safety, WHS, or environmental accreditations highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
