What's the role on offer?

We are seeking a proactive Safety & Quality Administrator to join our Head Office team in Brisbane. In this role, you'll support our Safety and Quality functions, helping drive continual improvement, compliance, and a strong risk management culture across Alliance Airlines. You'll work closely with our Safety Team and business stakeholders to enhance systems, streamline assurance activities, and strengthen safety engagement across the business.

  • Provide hands-on support with SMS, FRMS, WHS, CERP, and safety manual administration.
  • Coordinate and participate in Safety & Quality audits, assurance activities, and investigations.
  • Manage safety reporting, findings, and actions within the electronic Safety Management System (eSMS).
  • Develop and maintain audit checklists, reports, and compliance tools aligned with CASA and IOSA requirements.
  • Analyse safety and fatigue data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture by engaging staff, supporting risk assessments, and driving compliance across the business.

You'll bring a mix of technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence and support positive change across the business.   • Aviation Lead Auditor qualification (essential), with safety, WHS, or environmental accreditations highly regarded
  • Experience in aviation safety management, audit, WHS, environmental compliance, or fatigue risk management
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office and confident in developing reports, documentation, and compliance tools
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently, driving continuous improvement and safety outcomes
