ABOUT THE ROLE
This position involves identifying, addressing, and reducing risk to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations under various licenses, certifications, and regulations.
The role includes managing risk and compliance practices across SG Fleet Australia and New Zealand.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement Risk and Compliance frameworks, including policies, tools, governance frameworks, and monitoring reports.
Maintain and enhance the company's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system, ensuring timely risk reporting to stakeholders.
Identify and assess risks, advising stakeholders on risk management approaches aligned with the company's risk appetite and governance principles.
Coordinate monitoring activities to ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Review and update programs, policies, and plans related to business continuity management.
Support the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and conduct security risk assessments according to standards.
Maintain and improve ISO standards programs, ensuring ongoing external ISO certifications in Quality, Health & Safety, Environment, and Information Security.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or related discipline.
Experience in Operational Risk, Information Security, Compliance, or Audit roles, preferably in Technology or Financial Services sectors.
Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, active listening, and negotiation abilities.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Self-management, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
ISO certification experience is desirable.
Experience in fleet management, salary packaging, or financial services is a plus.
