We are seeking a Risk and Compliance Professional to strengthen our risk and compliance culture.

Job Description

This role involves designing, embedding, and continuously improving frameworks, policies, and tools that enable us to operate within our risk appetite.

  • Supporting the implementation and enhancement of our Risk and Compliance Frameworks
  • Managing and improving our Governance, Risk, and Compliance system (GRC)
  • Coordinating regulatory audits and reporting
  • Providing assurance through control monitoring, incident management, and compliance reporting
  • Advising on regulatory change and coordinating compliance training
Requirements
  • Relevant industry qualifications
  • Experience in risk, compliance, or governance roles, preferably within financial services or real estate/property
  • Strong understanding of risk management, resilience, and internal control frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and train others
