**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This is a great role for someone from an industrial background, looking to start their career in the auction industry, specifically in the trucks/machinery/equipment area. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5.00pm. In this role, we are looking for someone who enjoys all types of process related duties with high attention to detail.

**This role will eventually offer flexible work options around working from home some days as well as the branch - we're experiencing a lot of change at the moment and want to keep as many people working in our branches as possible while we ride the wave to share information and for training reasons.** We're changing what we do from a stock management perspective and we're looking for enthusiastic people with experience in similar industries to join our team.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Allocating assets from our stock on hand lists to the correct auction channel in conjunction with our sales teams to produce the best results for our clients
- Allocating & processing assets for auction and other sale events
- Problem solving and investigation of issues relating to the above
- Communicating to both internal stakeholders to create a positive outcome for our clients
- Reporting auction results to our internal teams
- Ensuring all auction related internal KPI's are met

- Understanding of trucks/machinery/equipment or experience working in a similar role or industry will be highly advantageous
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
