Role Overview

The Sales Support Specialist plays a pivotal role within the sales team, providing first-line internal sales support to various stakeholders. The specialist is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate completion of requests, working closely with the front-line sales team to optimize performance.

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, supporting the sales process from application to settlement preparation. This involves proactively managing pipelines, following up on leads, and preparing customer contracts and corresponding documents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing dedicated sales support to meet business objectives
  • Maintaining open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions
  • Coordinating the preparation of approval conditions for settlements
  • Serving as the first point of contact for AML processes

Additional responsibilities involve collaborating with the Sales Support Team Leader to monitor workload and turnaround times, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
