
Sales Process Coordinator

At ABB, we're driving diversity and inclusion across all dimensions. We welcome and celebrate individual differences. As a Sales Process Coordinator, you'll direct/support a team of sales specialists providing internal and external customer support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing sales support and customer support strategy and processes based on the Install Base Life Cycle and opportunity to service solution at each stage to create business opportunities.
- Maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency, assisting in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
- Defining key targets and ensuring they are achieved for customer support and sales opportunity growth. Developing, implementing, and maintaining sales and customer support processes.
- Ensuring proper communication and updating on issues related to tools development and new functionalities.
- Supporting the deployment of the sales training and the related functional competency programs in the dedicated area.
- Recommending appropriate sales processes and coordinating with related teams to ensure complete handling of requests (e.g., resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) is in place.
- Establishing regular reports and statistics of the sales and customer service process.
- Ensuring the development of a proper network throughout local sales units, factories service, and engineering centers to enable a long-run structured and sustainable process mindset in the sales teams.
Requirements:
- Tafe certification or trained in sales and processes with more than 2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Good understanding of sales and marketing.
- Strong SFDC knowledge and utilization and ability to quickly learn products/systems.
- Excellent skills in collaboration and actively driving discussions and negotiations.
- Understanding and use of sales processes and related tools, knowledge of health and safety procedures, and relate to ABB.
- Ability to work and drive targets to wider sales and operational teams.
