**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team.

This role will be responsible for process execution and improving processes across Powerwall products as we continue to develop and expand.

The Sales Operations Coordinator works closely with the Sales team and other business functions across the sales and delivery cycle, managing the orders pipeline, addressing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, reporting deliveries, and resolving critical operational issues.

**Key Responsibilities**

Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and streamline sales and order processes, providing updated documentation when improvements are released.

Investigate system discrepancies promptly and provide solutions to relevant stakeholders.

Kick off and drive completion of special projects to improve productivity by eliminating unnecessary steps, creating dashboards or tools to facilitate day-to-day operations.

Participate in testing new and updated system logic and procedures.
