**About the role**
The Talent Acquisition team are growing their services and portfolios, and as such are seeking experienced recruitment specialists who are innovative and strategic in their approach to work. This team of four, is part of the wider organisational Development team of 20, which sits within a large People and Culture Directorate based at University Hospital, Geelong.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining a focus on the workforce needs of assigned portfolios, foreseeing skill gaps, designing, and implementing innovative attraction strategies to ensure proactive response to Barwon Health needs through portfolio stakeholder engagement.
- Writing and processing recruitment advertisements and creation of attraction campaigns in line with manager requests and workforce policies and procedures in delegated portfolios including invoicing and monthly reporting to finance.
- Providing support in the use of technology systems, branding and talent pipelines throughout the recruitment cycle of Barwon Health Employees.
- Providing professional advice in the area of attraction, visa sponsorship and recruitment, including the recruitment of skilled migrants to the Barwon Health workforce across portfolios.
- Assisting in the design and facilitation of Talent Acquisition skills development workshops for managers and staff.
- Assisting in interview panels and assessment centres across clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Supporting and collaborating with senior leaders and hiring managers across multiple portfolios such as Orientation, Disability Action Plan, Gender Equity and LGBTIQA+, providing specialist recruitment advice, guidance and coaching, on matters including sourcing, attraction, and selection of new employees.
