This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies to drive departmental growth, foster diversity, and effectively manage talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities include:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in collaborating and influencing stakeholders to achieve business objectives through strategic talent acquisition.
  • Effective problem-solving and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Developed communication skills to align with various stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team as required.
