**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We have an exciting opportunity to join the People & Performance team as a Talent Acquisition Resourcer for a 12 month contract. We're looking for a people first individual who is excited to get into a career in the People team. Reporting into the General Manager of Talent, you will enable the Talent teams vision to be executed, while coordinating and supporting the talent journey, creating amazing recruitment experiences our customer will love.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain a talent pool of culturally and technically aligned talent utilising a range of sourcing channels
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes that support and enable the Talent Acquisition team
- Maintain Applicant Tracking Systems [ATS] and administrative processes
- Produce reports that demonstrate performance and insights for the careers team and our customer
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on current and future talent needs
- Coordinate and execute attraction and sourcing initiatives and projects

- You roll up your sleeves to work through administrative tasks, you have a high attention to detail and accuracy
- You have the ability to confidently deliver customer and stakeholder feedback
- You understand the retail landscape and know what it takes to succeed in a fast paced environment
- You can confidently engage with external talent and create amazing experiences
