The Agile Enablement Team is a small team of experts, coaches and support members, dedicated to uplifting the continuous improvement of our ways of working within Kmart and Target. The Team's primary purpose is to codify the patterns needed to support Kmart and Target's ambition to improve agility across the business and to coach, monitor and support the organisation's journey as it evolves over time.

**What you'll be doing**- Coach and mentor executives and team members across our business in agile ways of working, principles and mindset - as we transform how the business works to improve quality, efficiency and flow of change delivery.- Bring the best out of teams by embedding transparency on success metrics, practices such as lean and agile, continuous improvement tools, as well as automation and waste reduction.- Create agile awareness, launch new agile teams, and facilitate agile training sessions. This includes both formal training sessions as well as things such as brown bag sessions, supporting guilds such as Iteration Managers to engage their communities of practice.- Driving and orchestrating adoption within Strategic Programs and Technology Platforms- Developing and codifying Kmart and Target's distinctive approach, knowledge and expertise, continuously evolving based on lessons learned through implementation- Shepherding the changes to the operating model to integrate the Strategic Programs, Technology Platforms and traditional delivery models as they mature- Develop greater capabilities in ways of working by acting as Coach, Referee and Scorekeeper to monitor our progression and to help ensure our people are successful and "brilliant at the basics"- Standing up future strategic projects and platforms to the assist developing the minimum viable capability in our new ways of working throughout the lifecycle of the Program (Suitability, Discovery, Launch, Run, Value Release, Scale, Monitor and Closure phases).

**To be successful in this role you'll have**:
- Have a successful and proven track record as an Agile Coach in driving organisational change management, working with teams as well as leading and coaching teams.- Mastery in adopting, establishing and embedding agile practices and culture within a large organisation.- Experience in delivering projects / initiatives / products under an agile methodology- Agile knowledge e.g. certified in one or more formal framework or methodology to an expert level- Exceptional communication skills in connecting people to purpose and outcome, a preference to transparency and openness- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to empathise and create high levels of trust- Knowledge of and ability to analyse the metrics key to measuring high performance in delivery teams- Coaching, mentoring, negotiation and influencing skills commensurate with leading organisational change- Ability to connect a continuous learning community across Kmart Group, and to establish and maintain a connection to the Agile community in the industry- Ability to facilitate large room planning and alignment sessions- Ability to read the room and the situation to know when to
