**Overview**
- Reporting to the Head of Strategic Portfolio Management this role is accountable for driving the change management of the overall agile transformation roadmap including coaching business leaders to drive the culture change.
You will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of Agile practices and ensuring the best customer experience. You will serve as a positive leader and role model to business leaders and business and delivery teams.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading the BA practice, coaching business leaders, developing materials and visualising artifacts that will assist the wider business in the understanding and adoption of different ways of working.
This role operates at a strategic level, interfacing with and supporting business change and delivery functions to ensure consistent approaches are applied across the enterprise.
- **Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**
- Operational Management
- Building and maintaining the agile-at-scale competency and talent strategy at the enterprise
- Develop an internal Agile Coaching Capability
- Lead the BA practice, including enabling and supporting the adoption of agile business analysis
- Drive Agile transformation and Way of Working (WoW) changes, fostering a culture of adaptability and agility.
- People Leadership
- Mentor technology and business leaders in Agile principles and practices, driving continuous improvement and high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to monitor and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach, or in an Agile delivery role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams through Agile transformations and WoW changes.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members in Agile principles and practices.
- Familiarity with SAFE framework is highly desirable.
- Strong servant leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- A focus on value delivery over rigid adherence to processes and tools.
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Miro for project management and collaboration.
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are desirable.
