We are a Practitioner led Business Agility and Lean-Agile Transformation Consultancy. We coach at all levels of a business to inject lean start-up culture into the enterprise, creating work environments that people love Our customer portfolio includes large-scale household names and smaller/leaner organisations throughout Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand.

Right now, we are looking for talented Agile Coaches who have worked at the
**Team **level, to partner with our awesome clients, whilst still being made to feel very much like EPiC is home

**You will be responsible for**
- Assessing the Agile Team health
- Building tailored growth plans
- Prioritising coaching activities with your team
- Leading & Facilitating Agile Practices and Coaching activities across the team
- Observing and coaching client leadership, teams and their servant leaders towards greater levels of agility and performance
- identifying opportunities to instil Agile principles and practices at all levels, through observation, active listening, and formal and informal training when necessary.
- Supporting & Participating within the greater EPiC Coaching community
- Mentoring of EPiC Agile Practitioners
- Assist with leading transformation initiatives
