As a Lean Agile Coach, you will be responsible for embedding continuous improvement, operational excellence, and agile ways of working across our business. You will work closely with sales, service, operations, transformation, and innovation teams to coach them through their transformation journey.
Embed a Continuous Improvement Mindset: Identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and refine end-to-end processes.
Facilitate Practical, Team-Led Improvements: Lead process mapping, performance huddles, and structured problem-solving sessions.
Build Capability in Improvement Methodologies: Support teams and leaders in applying fit-for-purpose approaches like Lean, Agile, and Kaizen.
Drive Strategic, Customer-Centric Change: Partner with cross-functional teams to align improvement initiatives with strategic goals.
Enable Data-Informed Decision Making & Cultural Shift: Ensure teams have access to actionable insights and address capability gaps.
About You:
Demonstrated experience in Agile coaching, Lean leadership, or operational excellence within complex environments.
Strong facilitation and coaching skills with ability to uplift agile capability and influence at all levels.
Passionate about driving cultural and behavioral change, building psychological safety, and fostering accountability and learning.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills with ability to manage ambiguity and guide teams through transformation.
