**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Manager Pricing & Viability is responsible for the provision of specialist financial and strategic advice on product pricing and viability issues to TAFE NSW Executives and their management teams and for the development and management of governance protocols, standards, tools and processes to be applied to these tasks.

The role will lead the definition, development and implementation of best practice solutions to support TAFE NSW modelling of required pricing and margin outcomes on product price lists and specific contact tender submissions. The role will work with specialist and business Finance teams to provide robust analysis and advice on the management of realised margin performance and on the development and promotion of initiatives to optimise revenue yield, margin outcomes and improve product viability.

You have impeccable communication skills, are analytical, organised and a natural problem solver. You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your Team and taking initiative.

This position offers a base salary of $159,035 p.a. plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in a relevant discipline and significant relevant skills, knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in analysing complex financial data sets and translating findings into high quality commercial advice focused on generating improved business outcomes within a large, complex organisation.
- A strong understanding of financial modelling techniques and methodologies targeting pricing, costing and product viability analyses.
- Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
