As a Electrical Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing complex electrical projects across mining and infrastructure sectors. Your key responsibility will be to coordinate project planning, manage site activities, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards by working closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections, gathering accurate notes and photographs to facilitate effective project execution.
  • Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project objectives and foster strong relationships.
  • Provide support during tendering activities through estimating and pricing input, ensuring project viability and feasibility.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures and value-engineering opportunities to optimize project outcomes.
  • Maintain robust safety, compliance, and quality assurance practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Educated to trade qualification level or higher in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering projects in mining or heavy industrial settings
  • Experience working with High Voltage systems and equipment
  • Able to contribute to estimating and project tendering processes
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills to drive project success
  • Current driver's license and willingness to work across various project sites
