We are currently seeking a skilled Credit Analyst/Business Development Manager to assist in the origination of loans from initial inquiry to loan settlement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Credit Analysis:
    • Prepare high-quality credit submission papers with comprehensive financial and risk analysis.
    • Develop financial models of clients' accounts to assess income and affordability.
    • Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate project viability.
    • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the origination process as required.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify potential transaction opportunities and present them to the Origination team.
    • Generate viable leads through diverse channels and existing client base.
    • Demonstrate ability to convert leads into successful sales.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.
  • No less than 2-3 years' experience in real estate specific banking and finance roles or real estate.
  • Strong understanding of development finance and construction processes.
  • Able to review, analyze, and structure commercial development and investment loans from initial origination stage to financial close.
