
Inventory Manager

This is a key role that involves coordinating and maintaining inventory on our database, gaining exposure to procurement, pricing, and inventory control in a dynamic environment.
About the Role- The Inventory Manager will report to the Estimating Development Manager and be part of an experienced team responsible for inventory control.
- Maintain and update inventory data using Excel and other software applications.
- Collect and analyse pricing information to support cost-saving decisions.
- Provide regular reports on product availability and inventory status.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and review vendor invoices.
- Work closely with the procurement team to manage supply contracts.
- Support business goals by delivering accurate information within tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skills – comfortable with functions such as VLOOKUP.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details with effective oral and written communication skills.
- Goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to liaise across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience within the construction industry or relevant qualification is desirable.
