Credit Analysis and Origination Specialist

Assist in loan origination from initial inquiry to settlement, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare credit submission papers with comprehensive financial and risk analysis.
  • Develop financial models of clients' accounts to assess income and affordability.
  • Conduct feasibility and funding studies to evaluate project viability.
  • Liaise with stakeholders throughout the origination process.
  • Maintain a portfolio of existing transactions and ensure timely renewal and annual review.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Commerce/Business or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in real estate specific banking and finance roles.
  • Strong understanding of development finance and construction processes.
  • Working knowledge of commercial loan settlements.
  • Strategic approach to client management.
  • Prospecting and networking skills.
  • Ability to analyse and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Personable and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
