The role of a Service Delivery Manager involves providing top-notch services to clients and driving business success. About the Role:
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with high-value clients, ensuring that our company delivers exceptional services within acceptable profit margins.
This includes serving as the first escalation point for service, operations, software, cloud, and consulting support, as well as managing outcomes that benefit both the client and our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
To assist clients in understanding available solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations through effective relationship management.
To act as the escalation point for service, software, and consulting support until resolution.
To deliver all services conducted for the client, including day-to-day services (billable or non-billable) and projects.
To ensure client SLAs are consistently met and proactively escalate any risk of exception.
To lead regular client Service Delivery meetings, covering reporting activities, program performance, and additional service opportunities.
To manage project schedules to ensure necessary tasks are completed according to the project plan and report project activities, timelines, impacts, and implications to stakeholders.
To improve service delivery efficiency through continuous improvements.
To identify, assess, manage project risks, and develop and execute mitigation strategies.
To coordinate resourcing, tracking, and managing activities and deliverables to achieve desired outcomes.
To manage budget forecasting and P&L for clients to achieve acceptable margin and analyze budget variances and take appropriate action.
To manage time recording, reporting, and invoicing for clients.
To ensure contracted services are delivered and additional services follow agreed Change/Statement of Work approval process.
