**Job Title**: Client Success Manager - Property Investment

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Location**: Melbourne VIC or Remote (Australia-Based)

**Compensation**: Salary + Performance Bonus (depending on experience)

**About the Role**:
We're hiring a **Client Success Manager** to manage and support our property investor clients through every step of the investment process.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, loves helping people, and understands how property investment works (especially NDIS or co-living properties).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the client experience after the sale is closed
- Support clients with onboarding, document collection and process guidance
- Send updates on property progress: construction, legal, compliance, and tenanting
- Liaise with internal departments and external service providers (brokers, conveyancers, etc.)
- Handle client queries and ensure a smooth journey
- Comfortable using CRM tools and working with remote teams
- Build strong relationships and help generate repeat or referral business

**What You'll Bring**:

- 2+ years experience in property, account management, or client success
- Great communication and relationship skills
- Able to stay organised across multiple clients
- Strong initiative and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with property investment or NDIS housing/Co-living is a plus
- Experience working with investors, brokers, or real estate professionals
