About this opportunity
Reporting into the Senior Facilities Officer, the role of the Facilities Officer is to deliver effective and efficient management of office facilities in the Sydney CBD and any related facilities in the Aware Super organisation. Liaise with staff, building management and external service providers to ensure we have a safe and well-resourced office working environment. To execute office procedures, assist in administrative functions and provide management with the required support.
How do you exceed our expectations?
Practical experience in managing day-to-day tasks of facilities management of a medium to large office environment;
Stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop relationships with team members, clients and sub-contractors;
Practical experience in managing in-house catering requests and organising onsite events;
The ability to organise, multi-task and prioritise work to a high standard of accuracy and output; and
The ability take initiative in improving efficiency, reducing costs and achieving quality outputs.
