Our ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our office facilities ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
This permanent, full-time role is based in Sydney and requires the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. The successful applicant will have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a can-do attitude.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing support with facilities requests
  • Liaising with contractors and vendors to resolve facilities issues
  • Overseeing office systems such as mail distribution and security pass control

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an office supervisor or facilities role and be competent in using Microsoft Office Suite products.
