About the Role (Facilities Officer) *Cover Letter Required

We are seeking a full-time Facilities Officer to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting the operational efficiency of our site and ensuring that maintenance tasks are carried out smoothly and effectively.

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate. On-Site parking Provided.

Job Duties/Essential Functions:

  • Assist with general maintenance duties and facilities support.
  • Maintain communication with internal teams and other departments.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of site functionality and upkeep.
  • Support day-to-day maintenance operations in coordination with the Operations Support Team.

About You:

  • Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and working in a team environment.
  • Quality driven with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving with a proactive and reliable work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and flexible, with the ability to work overtime when required.
  • Effective communication in English, written and verbal is a must.

Highly Desirable:

  • Trade background or experience in a related field.
  • Proactive phone and email communication.
  • Able to work independently while meeting organisational standards and deadlines.
