About The Role Position: Export Operator Location: Moorebank, NSW Role Type: Full Time What Your New Role Will Look Like at Qube Assisting with all documentation relating to Export Freight Operations Preparing paperwork for shipment, as required Liaising with clients on all aspects relating to their cargo, including forwarding shipments and obtaining release numbers from shipping companies for the collection of empty containers Liaising with relevant terminals and depots upon cargo delivery regarding loading, packing, and exporting of cargo on behalf of customers Assisting in preparing export documentation to facilitate container packing Receiving and resolving general freight forwarder inquiries, seeking assistance where applicable Liaising with the transport department and forwarding relevant documentation to arrange for packed containers to be delivered to the designated wharf for export Generating final manifest for export packs and liaising with clients accordingly Willingness to work collaboratively within all areas of the business Performing ad hoc duties as required by your Manager What You Can Bring to Qube Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills Good organisational skills Intermediate MS Office skills Preferred ICS/Expedient experience Ability to implement and deliver within a fast-paced team Computer literacy at an intermediate level with quick learning ability for new systems Collaborative and harmonious team player Ability to work autonomously with a proactive approach Flexible and adaptable to a demanding environment Your Qualifications and Experience 1-2 years experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of freight forwarding and supply chain required.
