About The Role

Join the West Cliff Coal Preparation Plant (WCCPP) team to help deliver quality coal products to local and export customers. Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will control the plant process and undertake inspections, maintenance, and monitoring on a 12-hour Night shift rotating roster, including weekends. Your role will directly support safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspecting plant equipment and monitoring coal preparation processes
  • Diagnosing and resolving plant performance issues
  • Performing routine mechanical maintenance and cleaning tasks
  • Using SAP to requisition spare parts and equipment
  • Conducting sampling and manual process adjustments
You will have experience and capability in the following
  • Working in a process or heavy industrial/manufacturing plant environment
  • Following safety standards and identifying non-conformances
  • Performing hands-on mechanical maintenance tasks
  • Using SAP for ordering or maintenance activities
Qualifications, Skills, And Competencies
  • Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Fitter) or boiler maker
  • Computer skills
  • Forklift licence (desirable)
  • Dogging & Rigging (desirable)
  • SAP experience (desirable)
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends
