Export Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Export Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with all documentation relating to export freight operations, preparing paperwork for shipment as required, and liaising with clients on all aspects relating to their cargo.

The role involves working closely with the transport department to arrange for packed containers to be delivered to the designated wharf for export. Additionally, the Export Operator will be responsible for generating final manifests for export packs and liaising with clients accordingly.

We require an individual who is able to work collaboratively within all areas of the business, performing ad hoc duties as required by their Manager. Experience in freight forwarding and supply chain management is preferred.

About the Role:

  • Assist with all documentation relating to export freight operations
  • Prepare paperwork for shipment as required
  • Liaise with clients on all aspects relating to their cargo
