The Role
Position: Export Operator
Location: Moorebank, NSW
Role Type: Full Time
About The Job
You will be working as part of a dynamic team responsible for the export operation of various commodities. Your key responsibilities will include preparing documentation for shipments, liaising with clients and shipping companies, and ensuring smooth cargo delivery. Additionally, you will assist in resolving general inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Preparing necessary documentation for export freight operations;
• Liaising with clients on all aspects related to their cargo;
• Assisting in resolving general freight forwarder inquiries;
• Performing ad hoc duties as required by your manager;
