Export Operations Specialist

As a critical member of our logistics operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of export freight services.

In this division, you will be part of Qube Logistics and Infrastructure, and Qube Ports and Bulk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all documentation relating to export freight operations
  • Prepare paperwork for shipment as required
  • Liaise with clients on all aspects relating to their cargo
  • Loading, packing, and exporting of cargo on behalf of customers
  • Receiving and resolving general freight forwarder inquiries
  • Generate final manifest for export packs and liaise with clients accordingly

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
