We are looking for a part-time or full-time person to work across accounts, admin and customer support.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Order processing
- Reconciliation of accounts and bookkeeping - receivables and payables
- Stock counts and inventory management (alongside warehouse team)
- General administration and organisation
- Organising stock deliveries and transport logistics
- Managing our sampling warehouse and posting samples to customers
- Customer support and other enquiries
- Other day-to-day tasks as required

**The Successful Applicant**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts and book-keeping work
- Competent with accounting and stock management systems e.g. Xero
- Physically fit, hands-on and able to pack, lift and organise product samples

**Hours**
- Part-time option: 8am - 12:30pm (4 - 5 days / week)
- Full-time option: 8am - 4:30pm (5 - 6 days / week)

**Location**

You are required to work in-person from the office / warehouse located at 87 Allingham St Condell Park NSW.

**Language**

You must be fluent in both written and spoken English. Additional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and other languages are an added bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.85 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 45.6 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
