About the role

This is a full-time opportunity to join the dynamic team at Port Tyres Australia as an Admin & Accounts assistant. You will be based in our Wetherill Park, NSW office Flexable and play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our administrative and financial operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing high-quality administrative support, including data entry, filing, and general office duties
  • Assisting with accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and other financial tasks
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers to ensure efficient communication and problem resolution
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Supporting the team with any other tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong numerical and financial skills, with experience in accounts payable/receivable
  • Service M8 & Xero
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounts role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including basic formulas
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
