Job Overview

Seeking experienced professionals to lead agile teams in large-scale transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and user story clarity.
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments hindering team progress.
  • Monitor team performance and velocity for high-quality delivery.
  • Foster collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
  • Track key agile metrics for transparency and decision-making.
Required Skills And Experience
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile environments, ideally within SAFe frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and team dynamics.
  • Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Experience in large-scale transformation programs or complex environments.
