Agile Team Facilitator Role

This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who can effectively enable agile teams and drive customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating agile ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile principles, and ensuring seamless delivery of value.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience as an agile team facilitator working with cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile theory, frameworks, and practices.
  • Skilled in facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership.
  • Ability to coach team members in Agile methodologies and help evolve Agile maturity.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Agile Practitioner (CAPM), Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Experience in large-scale Agile environments and distributed teams.
  • Background in Software Development or Project Delivery.
  • Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tracking platforms.
