Agile Team Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to mentor and coach Agile delivery teams, and have a strong background in program management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting self-organization within teams, monitoring progress, and intervening as necessary to ensure consistent delivery disciplines are upheld. Additionally, they will support delivery teams in aligning with value stream release trains.

About the Role

You will work closely with senior client managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to influence and empower teams to achieve their goals.

A key aspect of this role is your technical expertise, particularly in Big Data and data lake environments. You will be expected to apply your analytical skills to drive business growth and optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and coach Agile teams to promote self-organization and improve delivery efficiency
  • Ensure consistent delivery disciplines are upheld and governance measures are implemented
  • Support delivery teams in aligning with value stream release trains
Requirements
  • Leadership experience with accountability and critical thinking skills
  • Program management expertise with a focus on Agile methodologies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and empower teams
  • Technical expertise in Big Data and data lake environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Agile/SCRUM certification
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
