**About The Opportunity**
As the Technical Support Specialist, based at Micromine HQ in the Perth CDB, you will play a key support role for internal employees who use our cloud-based ERP, Oracle NetSuite. Your work will ensure staff are properly trained and that system issues are resolved with mínimal downtime.
Reporting to the Programme Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Documenting all support issues in the company support management database.
- Ensuring enhancement requests, bugs, and development issues are raised with the Project Team and are resolved.
- Participating in internal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new NetSuite features and / or versions.
- Delivering systems training online and face-to-face with in-house staff.
- Helping build and develop knowledge base articles.

**About You**
You will have a proven background in technical support / help desk positions, where you worked directly with customers to provide training and resolve issues.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- Recent experience with using cloud-based ERP / CRM solutions (e.g. Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Well-versed in the use of issue tracking solutions (e.g. Jira, Zendesk, Asana).
