Within the Bank's Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) division, our Internal Communications team delivers engaging and impactful employee communications that drive our strategy forward.
Working closely with leaders across the Bank to build understanding, pride, and advocacy, the team uses data and analytics to inform their approach and deliver best-practice communications.
We currently have a new Communications Coordinator opportunity to join the team reporting into a Senior Communications Manager.
This is a job share role that is part time 3 days per week, you must be available work Thursdays and Fridays with some flexibility for the third day being either Wednesday or Monday.
You'll play a key role in supporting the Internal Communications team to deliver internal communications across the Bank.
You will help develop internal communications that foster a culture of transparency, engagement, and alignment with our strategy and values.
You'll be responsible for organising communications activity and events, developing content for internal channels, and providing input into the measurements of communications.
You'll be part of an engaged and supportive Internal Communications team that are incredibly passionate and work collaboratively to drive engagement.

This role can be based in Adelaide, Bendigo, or Melbourne.

What you'll bring to the role A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related discipline is preferred but not essential
Demonstrated previous success in a communications role
Ability to understand the diverse needs of a fast-paced team
Proficiency in the Microsoft suite and experience with AI tools is highly desirable
