We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and mature Croatian-speaking Support Worker to assist an elderly client based in Narre Warren. This role is ideal for someone with strong cultural understanding and fluency in Croatian to provide meaningful care and companionship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and daily support
- Assist with household tasks and companionship
- Communicate effectively in Croatian with the client
- Maintain professional boundaries and a respectful approach

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Croatian
- Mature and empathetic
- Prior experience in aged care or disability support preferred
- Certificate III in Individual Support or similar is highly regarded
- Police Check, First Aid, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
