Our team is seeking a dedicated support worker to join our community-based program. As an Aged Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting older individuals to maintain their independence and live with dignity.

This rewarding position involves working within the community, supporting clients during mid-week mornings. Your responsibilities will include providing essential assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and social support, enabling our elderly clients to remain comfortable and connected in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will possess experience working in the Aged Care sector and be fluent in Croatian. Having worked with individuals with Dementia is highly desirable. A Certificate III in Individual Support or higher, along with a Driver's license and own car, are preferred qualifications. You will also need to undergo a Working With Children Check, hold a First Aid/CPR certificate, and demonstrate ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
