**Position**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Administration**: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- **Customer Service**: Serve as a primary point of contact for NDIS clients, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely support.
- **Accounts & Invoicing**: Assist with accounts payable/receivable, prepare and send invoices, process payments, and manage NDIS claims.
- **Rostering**: Support staff rostering to ensure efficient scheduling of support workers for clients, including managing changes and cancellations.
- **Quality Assurance**: Assist in maintaining compliance with NDIS standards, ensuring high levels of service delivery and documentation.
- **Reporting**: Generate reports on service delivery, financials, and compliance for management review.
- **General Support**: Assist with ad-hoc tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the office.

**What You Bring**:

- Previous experience in office administration, preferably within the NDIS or disability sector.
- Strong understanding of NDIS processes, compliance, and invoicing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with rostering software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A commitment to providing high-quality service and support.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Experience in quality assurance and/or compliance within the NDIS sector.
- Familiarity with Xero/Quickbooks or other accounting software.
