Support Worker Co is a leading Support Worker Agency that provides Disability Support Workers to NDIS participants and disability service organisations.

We are currently seeking Casual Support Workers to support our participants living in
**Carina** and surrounding Brisbane CBD suburbs.

**Overview of the role**:

- Provide day-to-day support to people with a disability and help them live independently.
- 1 on 1 care in the participant's own private home and/or in the community.
- Development of life skills and encouraging community participation and relationship building.
- Offering mentoring, companionship, and social support you would be working individually with the client to assist and achieve their goals.

**What you need**:

- First Aid Certificate
- CPR
- NDIS Worker Check or Yellow Card
- Full Australian drivers license
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Have a reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Up to date with your COVID19 vaccinations
- Qualification in Community Services or relevant (highly desirable)
- Reliable smart phone with data
