**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the State Installation Manager, the Installation Site Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and readiness of hard flooring installations in residential new builds and existing homes. This role involves conducting site assessments and estimating, scheduling tradespeople, managing customer sign-offs, handling service and warranty inspections, and performing administrative tasks related to installation projects.

As an Installation Site Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless flooring installations across new builds and existing homes. From conducting site assessments and scheduling tradespeople to managing customer sign-offs and warranty inspections, you'll be the vital link between project planning and successful execution.

Key responsibilities of this role:

- ** Site Assessments & Check Measuring** - Conduct site inspections to confirm measurements and ensure installation readiness
- ** Scheduling & Coordination** - Plan and manage installation teams to meet project timelines efficiently
- ** Quoting & Variations** - Identify site-related adjustments and communicate changes to retail stores and teams
- ** Customer Sign-Offs & Handover** - Ensure customer satisfaction by managing final sign-offs post-installation
- ** Service & Warranty Inspections** - Investigate quality concerns and coordinate necessary resolutions
- ** Administration & Reporting** - Maintain accurate records using Buildertrend or similar software
- ** Team Support** - Assist with tiling project assessments and oversee check measurers as needed

**WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR**
- Experience in **hard flooring installations, check measuring, or site assessments**:

- Strong **organisational and scheduling skills** to manage multiple projects
- Licensed contractor for the installation of hard flooring
- Excellent **communication and problem-solving abilities**:

- Familiarity with installation processes and material requirements for **existing homes**:

- Proficiency in **administrative tasks**, documentation, and reporting
- Experience using **Buildertrend or similar project management software** (desirable)
- A **valid driver's license** and ability to travel to job sites
