Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on vehicle hoists and wheel service equipment.
  • Install, commission, and provide workshop equipment services at customer sites.
  • Travel within South Australia and the Northern Territory as required for work assignments.
  • Determine fault causes, suggest suitable solutions, and communicate findings effectively to clients.
  • Prioritize on-site installation, repair, and maintenance tasks while focusing on safety and quality standards.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A trade/technical education is essential for success in this role.
  • Previous experience working in teams is highly valued.
  • A current driver's license is required for the position.
  • A forklift license is preferred but not necessary.
  • A MR truck license is also desirable.
  • The ability to diagnose technical faults and determine effective solutions is critical.
  • Experience in field-based service and customer support is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in on-site installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment is essential.
