Service Operations Coordinator

The role of a Service Operations Coordinator is to support the service delivery process by ensuring that all tasks and activities are well coordinated and completed within set time frames. This includes organizing regular field service activities for the pest control team, scheduling visits with customers, and managing installations and jobs for completion.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt responses to enquiries and complaints;
  • Provide administrative support in maintaining accurate records and reports related to service activities;
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with technicians, management, and other stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions;
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
