Field Installation Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team as Field Installation Specialists.
About the Role:- As a Field Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining equipment at customer sites across various locations in Australia.
- Installation Works: Perform field installation works, including attending customer sites for breakdowns, diagnosing problems, and making repairs.
- Maintenance Tasks: Conduct general maintenance on products, replacing equipment, and making minor adjustments as needed.
- Safety Protocols: Work safely on customer sites, representing the company to customers, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Duties and Responsibilities: Calibrate fuel pumps and perform other duties as required.
- Prior experience as a Fitter/Field Service Technician is beneficial.
- A relevant trade qualification is required.
- Experience in the petrol or service-based industry is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in PC and/or tablet skills.
- Ability to provide customer-focused service delivery and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong prioritization, organizational, and time management skills.
- Current unrestricted Australian driver's license.
