We have an opportunity for an experienced engagement partner to join our Stakeholder Engagement team As a member of our team, you will:

- help develop and mature internal and external stakeholder relationships
- deliver service excellence to clients by working collaboratively with others within the organisation
- drive change and innovate with the backing of a great team and supportive leadership team
- make a difference for Queenslanders

As the Engagement Partner you are valued for your high-level customer service engagement skills and your ability to maintain client records and produce reports and submissions.

- have a keen interest in partnering, collaborating and communicating with stakeholders on a regular basis
- are self-managed and self-motivated, highly organised, and have attention to detail
- are able to prioritise efficiently, in line with client and team requirements and commitments
- are skilled at research, analysis, problem solving and preparing reports
- thrive on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing with peers and stakeholders
- have a knowledge of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Delivery Framework
