We have an opportunity for a Principal Engagement Partner to join our team
**As Principal Engagement Partner, you will be responsible for**: - Assisting to manage a small team to deliver outcomes by utilising specialist expertise, knowledge, and skills from within the team and across CITEC. Obtaining a deep understanding of your client portfolio's business environment and strategy. Partnering, collaborating, and collecting information from internal and external stakeholders. Driving collaboration amongst stakeholders towards the development, implementation and management of client-centric roadmaps, strategic plans and process improvements. Providing expert leadership in the planning, development and implementation of best practice methodologies for a positive engagement experience. Creating and implementing complex Service Level Agreements. Actively promoting and leading a culture of client and service excellence.
