**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a strong leader to look after a cluster of our high performing practices in the Sydney region. Reporting to the Practice Development Manager, the Cluster Manager will oversee performance of the **Bupa Dental Liverpool and two other Sydney metro locations, **and will develop, manage, and implement project-based activities across the practices to deliver outcomes.

Make a real impact in this role - working alongside amazing teams to drive positive relationships with practice staff and their customers.

**The Opportunity**:

- Work with the Principal Dentists and Practice Managers & Assistant Practice Managers to establish targets and KPIs on practice performance
- Review and monitor actual achievement of the KPIs in the monthly performance and financial report
- Develop relevant statistical reports
- Work with the Marketing Team in developing and implementing relevant marketing programmes and initiatives
- Creation and management of promotional materials, communication and training to the practice staff
- Develop staff resource modelling to maximise productivity and rostering
- Develop a reward and recognition program for all practice staff
- Support Practice Managers to ensure smooth running of practice operations and establish open communications across the practice

**What you'll bring**:

- 3+ years' experience in Business Development within the Dental space
- Experience supporting multiple locations
- Experience in Project Management and/or marketing desirable
- Manage competing priorities and monitoring area workflow
- Capability to exercise judgment and delegate authority in areas where precedents or procedures are not clearly defined
- Capability to investigate, interpret or evaluate information where legislation, regulations or procedural guidelines do not give adequate or specific answers
- Developed administrative skills and problem-solving abilities
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent sales and business development skills
- Proven ability to develop, manage and implement new business initiatives and change programs.
